Happy Skincare Sunday! This week’s DIY Face Mask is super-duper easy!
You start with 1 tspn Matcha, and mix in 1/2 tspn coconut oil and 1/2 tspn water.
Once mixed, apply to a clean, dry face and leave for 15 minutes.
Then just rinse and moisturize!
The green tea is antibacterial, and also contains high levels of EGCG, know to help with inflammation and helping even out skin tone. The antioxidants it contains also helps with acne and improves skin elasticity.
The coconut oil is obviously hydrating, but it can also help reduce inflammation. The fatty acids it contains also have antimicrobial properties.
