Hey guys! Today’s DIY face mask is made from pumpkin, honey and vitamin E. Here’s what you’ll need:

  • 1 Tbsp pumpkin purée
  • 1 tspn honey
  • 1 tspn vitamin E
  • Small container to mix in
  • Something to stir with
  • Warm, wet rag to remove

Mix your ingredients together.

I like to chill the pumpkin beforehand, so it’s a nice refreshing feeling when I use it.

Apply to clean, dry face.

Remove after 15-20 minutes.

The pumpkin is full of alpha hydroxy acids, which help promote cell turnover. It also has antioxidants, to help with anti-aging.

The honey is a great moisturizer. It also contains antioxidants, so even more again benefits are added to the mask.

The vitamin E is also hydrating. Is also helps fight the damage from free radicals. It’s also said to help diminish the appearance of scars.

Overall, I really liked the way my skin felt after this mask. It left my skin feeling super soft.

See you all soon!
