Hey guys! Messing around with some stuff I hadn’t used before and decided to show you what I did.
I started by smoothing some Acure Brilliantly Brightening Day Cream on to my face. When that had time to settle into my skin, I patted on some NYX Professional Makeup Total Control Drop Primer. I also prepped my lips with some Murad Rapid Collagen Infusion for Lips.
I didn’t need any crazy heavy coverage today, so I grabbed a Sigma 3DHD Kabuki Brush and applied some Smashbox Camera Ready BB Cream in Light. Then for a little cream contour, I put some LA Girl Pro Conceal HD Concealer in Toast along the edges of my face and under my cheekbones. I blended that with a dampened Beauty Blender.
Now for some brightening. Along the bridge of my nose, under my eyes and the center of my forehead, I applied some Santee Cosmetics Just Kolour Invisible Cover Concealer and blended it with a dampened Mini Beauty Blender.
For some color, I grabbed a Rickys NYC Rickycare Makeup Sponge and dabbed some Obsessive Compulsive Cosmetics Creme Colour Concentrate in Grandma onto my cheeks. Be careful with this, as it really goes a long way.
Now for a little glow. I used a Real Techniques Essential Foundation Brush to add some Tata Harper Highlight in Very Illuminating to my cheekbones and the bridge of my nose.
To set the high points of my face, I used a Sigma F40 Brush to dust on some of the color Sand from the Anastasia Beverly Hills Contour Kit. For the other areas, where I’d originally cream contoured, I used a Morphe G18 Brush and a Japonesque Kumadori Blending Brush and applied some of the color Java from the same kit.
To deepen the cheek color a bit, I grabbed a Sigma F15 Brush and swept on some Jouer Powder Blush in Peach Bouquet. At this point, I also added some more glow, using a Morphe M310 Brush to add some Artist Couture Diamond Glow Powder in Conceited to my cheekbones and nose.
To fill in and shape my brows, I used a Morphe M413 Brush and some Inglot AMC Brow Liner Gel in 16 and 20. To clean up the edges, I used a Bare Minerals Max Coverage Concealer Brush and some Dermacol Makeup Cover Foundation in 209.
Next I grabbed my Pinky Rose Center Stage Palette for the fun part.
I used a Frankie Rose Cosmetics 725 Brush to create a transition shade with Celebrity. I then added some Glam into my crease using a Sigma E55 Brush, also adding some to the inner and outer corners of my eyelids. Right onto the center of my eyelids, I patted on some Infamy with a e.l.f. Cosmetics Professional Eyeshadow Brush.
Using a Sigma E65 Brush that I dampened with some water, I ran some Kryolan Aqua Color Wet Makeup in Copper along my lower lash line.
I also used a Real Techniques Fine Liner Brush to add an inner corner highlight with some Glamour Doll Eyes Pigment in Urban Mannequin.
I added a wing with a NYX Professional Makeup That’s the Point Put a Wing in it Artistry Eyeliner. For mascara this week, I used Palladio Double Agent Faux Lash Effect Mascara. I wanted a wee bit more drama, so I used some Duo Eyelash Adhesive to add some Ardell Wispies.
To finish off the look, I lined and filled in my lips with NYX Professional Makeup Suede Matte Lipliner in Subversive Socialite and added some Maybelline The Elixir Color Sensational Lipgloss in Mauve Mystique.
